Helping Individuals, Organizations & Communities Achieve Their Full Potential
The Advocacy Foundation is a 501(c)(3) approved nonprofit provider of evidence-based services, support, and technical expertise to individuals, organizations and communities in the Greater Atlanta Metropolitan region. This year we advance our Strategic Plan to Stage Three: Helping our nonprofit partners become strategic powerhouses within their home communities. Our signature programs include:
The Youth Services Division: Building Resilient Youth-A Multidisciplinary Approach (BRY-AMA) is a Collaborative approach to Violence & Dropout Prevention, Mentoring, and Reentry, using OJJDP, NREPP, NFI, and Public/Private Ventures program models;
The Nonprofit Advisors Group: The NpA is a Technical Assistance—Business Related function offering 501 (c)(3) Acquisition, Organizational Development, Community Collaboration, and Fundraising, designed to turn nonprofit organizations into programming and fundraising powerhouses of effectiveness and sustainability within their home communities; and
The Adolescent Advocacy Center: The A/A Center is designed to help Public Servants and the Courts balance the scales of justice for young people and their communities by crafting non-adjudicatory, evidence-based alternatives to detention.
We sincerely appreciate your review of our programs and services as well as your consideration for funding priority. Always feel welcome to contact me directly with any questions, comments or concerns.
Thank you for all you do!
